Imegine Tapping untuk Stroke

Berikut ini adalah email dari Bp. Hendra Yanuar yang menceritakan pengalamannya pertama kali melakukan tapping tanpa menyentuh pasien dan berhasil.

Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.

Salam sukses dan bahagia,
Kali ini saya ingin mensharingkan pengalaman menarik dan sekaligus mengejutkan (termasuk diri saya sendiri) yaitu menyadarkan pasien koma terkena stroke dengan menggunakan teknik Imagine Tapping.

Begini ceritanya :
Hari Senin, 11 Januari 2010 pukul 19.30 malam saya diajak isteri saya untuk membezuk saudaranya yang terserang stroke dan sedang dirawat di ruang ICU karena sejak hari Minggu pukul 01.30 sudah tidak sadarkan diri. Pasien adalah seorang laki-laki berusia 63 tahun.

Sesampainya di ruang ICU tsb, kami dipersilahkan masuk dan ternyata didalam ruangan tsb cukup banyak sanak keluarga yang membezuk. Pasien terlihat tidak sadarkan diri dan mendengkur, menurut keluarga pasien denyut jantungnya melemah. Setelah beberapa menit dalam ruangan tsb, isteri saya meminta saya untuk mentapping pasien. Karena tidak memungkinkan melakukan tapping secara langsung (karena terlalu banyak orang dalam ruangan tsb dan sulit bagi saya untuk menjelaskan teknik ini) akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk melakukan Imagine Tapping (tapping tanpa menyentuh langsung pasien).

Saya berdiri persis didepan ranjang pasien yang berjarak sekitar 2 meter, kemudian saya lihat nama lengkap pasien yang ada di board status pasien. Kemudian saya setup dengan kalimat ”yaa allah walaupun Bapak Polan terserang stroke sehingga tidak sadarkan diri dari kemarin malam, namun dirinya dan keluarganya ikhlas menerima kondisi ini dan mereka pasrahkan kesembuhannya hanya padamu” 3x. Karena posisi pasien miring ke kanan, maka saya memulai imagine tapping dari jalur kiri dan saya merencanakan versi singkat. Lalu saya memulai tapping sambil membayangkan seolah-olah mengetuk kepalanya dan saat mengetuk titik SE (side of the eye), keajaibanpun terjadi…., pasien langsung tersadar dan menoleh kekanan kekiri. Sembari meneruskan tapping, terus kuucapkan alhamdulillah…alhamdulillah…alhamdulillah yaa Allah..setelah dititik BN (bellow nipple) saya berhenti dan menarik nafas panjang.

Saya melihat semua orang yang berada didalam ruangan ICU tsb merasa haru tertutama anak dan isterinya dan sesaat kemudian perawat yang bertugas menyampaikan bahwa detak jantungnya sudah mulai membaik.

Dan keesokkan siangnya saya mendapat kabar bahwa pasien telah dipindah dari ruang ICU ke kamar umum untuk istirahat menjalani proses pemulihan.

Semoga sharing ini bermanfaat bagi kita untuk terus meningkatkan teknik SEFT kita, dan perlu saya sampaikan bahwa ini adalah kali pertama saya melakukan teknik Imagine Tapping ini ternyata hasilnya luar biasa…Alhamdulillah yaa Allah.

Breast Cancer

Reni  – a fifty-nine year old lady – came to consult me about a year ago with stage 4 cancer and a severe case of depression.  She was sure that she was spending her last days but she was calling on me because the friends and relatives said that she had nothing to lose.

She had a case of breast cancer that had spread to her lungs and lymphatic system.  I honestly was not sure if anything could be done at that point but as I always operate on the fact that the patient’s will to live determines if she/he will live or die and not the disease, I went on by putting her on quite a severe diet and variety of supplements and herbs.  Four months went by, she was not getting better but she was not getting worse either.  This is when we decided to do an EFT session together.

El: I want you to close your eyes and relax and take few deep breaths.  Now tell me what state you see your physical body at.

Reni:  I see insect like beings eating my body and I see that the vitamins that I have started taking are like little weapons that are shooting at them and killing them.

El: If you had a name for this scenario what would it be?

Reni: Clash of the Titans.

El: If you were to measure the degree of anger you have towards this enemy you are fighting and were to rate it from 0 to 10, 10 being the height of anger, what would you measure it as?

Reni: 10

At this point we tapped for the “clash of the titans”: “Even though there is a clash of titans going on inside my body that is causing me to have this cancer, where everyone has turned me away and said that I will die, I completely and lovingly accept myself and I am ready to allow and receive healing from the forces of the Universe.” By tapping on this her anger towards the scavengers went from 10 to 5.  We did one more round of remaining and she was not feeling anger towards them anymore.

El: Do you think we can turn this table around and make friends with the enemy at this point?

Instead of getting a response to this question I got a bucket of tears.  Reni cried very loud for about ten minutes.  When she gathered herself she said: “Yes, but.”

El: But what?

Reni: Last month, my family knowing that I will not make it, threw a party for me and they had invited everyone.  They told me it was to lift my spirit but I very well knew that it was a good-bye party.  Everybody took turns to talk to me and they told me how much they loved me and how sad they would feel should I not be with them. There was a lot of money spent and a lot of work done.  I sort of viewed it as my funeral before I die.  I have often had thoughts of what would happen should I not die.  Would that be a disappointment?

At this point the light bulb went on and I understood why she was not getting better. So we started by tapping few rounds of: “Even though I will be letting everyone down if I don’t die, I completely and lovingly accept myself and I am ready to allow and receive healing energies from the forces of the Universe.”

We would not know if this had worked or not for more than a week.  When she had her checkup done, she was told that not only was she not worse but she actually started improving.  More than a year later, she is now cancer free and doing very well.

Every time I have a success like this I thank the Universe for the fact that I have been blessed to be able to learn and apply these techniques. It is such a gratifying feeling.

Melody gets over her fear of public speaking

In my recent EFT workshop I asked if anyone would like to work on the fear of public speaking. There was a young girl (Melody) sitting in the back row with her friends, holding up her index finger close to her face so no one would actually see her and seeing as I was the only one at the front of the room there werent’ any others to see this.

I asked Melody if she would like to come to the front of the room. Her face turned red, she wanted to escape but was too far from the door. I took that as a NO! so I just started in with everyone following along as we had done all evening.

I tapped on the edge of my hand saying, “Even though I am terrified to speak in front of people, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway”. I then had everyone repeat, “Even though I can feel my face going red, my breathing constrict and a great fear take it’s hold on me, I deeply and completly love and accept myself anyway, without judgement”. And for the third round I had everyone repeat, “Even though I couldn’t imagine standing in front of a group, afraid to speak in case I say something stupid and they all look at me, I would just want to fall into a crack in the floor, I deeply and comletely love and accept myself anyway”.

We tapped one complete round of the negative, “I am afraid to speak up in front of others in case I make a mistake and they laugh at me or riducule me”, then one round of positive, “I comfortably and easily speak up for myself in a confident manner.” And with that I asked Melody how she felt now.

She answered that she’d have to have everyone look at her to see if anything had changed. (see how well it worked already and she hadn’t realized it yet), her friends were shocked that she actually said that and of course everyone turned in their seat and looked at Melody.

I asked her how it felt now and she answered she’d have to come to the front to see, how thrilling it was for everyone to see and still Melody hadn’t registered what she was now able to do without a drop of fear. Up to the front she came, stood looking straight at me as I asked again how she felt. Melody said she thought she’d have to speak to the audience so I invited her to. She turned and repeated after me “Go fly a kite!!” to which all her friends gave her a standing ovation!!

Now is when I lay the truth of her power on her by saying that it wasn’t me that did that for her or even to her, it was she who did the tapping, she who was tuned into her fear, smoothed out the disruption and she who took her power back and she was dumb-struck. Her friends were laughing and shouting and applauding her and she finally let it sink in that it really was her that did that magnificent job of getting rid of this long-held fear.

Melody, thanked me and sat back down. The rest of the evening went along with the same success of those who participated and at the end of the evening I asked if anyone would like to share anything that happened to them tonight. Melody got straight up, came to the front and spoke like a pro. She said she was impressed with her power and that she realized she had not stood in her power for a long time. She looked over her list that she had made before she came and stated that now looking at that list there were several things she had written that she feared, like snakes etc. and she was totally aware that they no longer had a hold on her. She gave me a big hug and I returned it gratefully and everyone applauded.

I did do a follow up with Melody 3 weeks after our incredible evening and she shared with me that she applied for a new job with ease and confidence and GOT IT.

Skeptic of surrogate EFT becomes a believer

I had a remarkable experience using EFT with my husband this week–in which I did the tapping because he was too ill to do it.

He was laying in bed with an extreme case of nausea, probably brought on by stress and the end of a migraine. I knew tapping would help him (we have used it together many times before) so I asked him to tap with me. He said he was too ill to talk or tap. So I laid beside him and tapped on myself: “I totally and completely accept myself even though I have this extreme nausea.” I did three rounds, and at the end he was nausea-free and fell asleep!

I had read about “surrogate tapping” in your newsletters, but I guess I was very skeptical about the stories. I am a believer now!

Semua Masalah Terselesaikan!

Saya ingin berbagi pengalaman tentang dahsyatnya teknik SEFT ini…….Subhanallah.

Sebenarnya saya sudah cukup lama mengetahui dan mengikuti perkembangan SEFT, kalau saya tidak salah sekitar Januari 2008. Karena masalah waktu dan dana sehingga sampai saat ini saya belum dapat mengikuti pelatihan SEFT ini, tapi karena keingintahuan yang cukup kuat akhirnya saya merekomendasikan pelatihan SEFT kepada abang kandung saya yang kebetulan berdomisili di Jakarta. Alhamdulillah dia tertarik dan akhirnya mengikuti pelatihan SEFT pada angkatan ke 24. Read the rest of this entry »

Success with surrogate tapping for a crying child

I have been learning and using EFT for a couple of months now and am completely in love with it! I’ve dumped so much negativity in that short time period, much of which I had no idea was even there until I started to tap. So THANK YOU for that a million times over!

I always enjoy getting your newsletter and the articles I read in there, so I thought I would share one of my own regarding surrogate tapping. I work at a health and wellness center and the other day there was a young child there that started to cry, and I mean a real wailer. On and on it went to the point that I started to feel bad for the kid, as well as it being disruptive to my work and the work of the rest of the staff (not to mention the rest of the clients). Rekan-Rekan SEFTer yang baik,
pada email yang sebelumnya saya telah menceritakan pengalaman saya mentapping orang Belanda yang kecetit. dan Alhamdulillah berhasil dengan baik. Terus terang setiap akan mentapping orang saya berdebar-debar, keajaiban apa lagi yang akan saya saksikan dengan SEFT. dalam hati saya selalu berkata mudah mudah an hasilnya “tidak terlalu” memuaskan. karena saya khawatir SEFT akan menjadi agama baru saya. karena bagi saya semakin sering saya berhasil semakin terbebani untuk bisa menjadi “perantara” proses penyembuhan. Alhamdulillah, sudah beberapa kali tidak berhasil.
Kalau orang belanda yang saya ceritakan di email yang lalu adalah laki-laki, maka yang kali ini adalah seorang ibu muda. Umurnya sekitar 30 tahun, menikah dengan seorang pria Indonesia dari Padang.

SEFT untuk Salah Urat (Kechetit)

Saya mulai dari bapak muda yang kecetit uratnya sehingga hanya bisa mathang-mathang di tempat tidur.

Seperti biasa orang Belanda kalau sakit ya pergi ke dokter karena memiliki asuransi kesehatan. Tetapi bapak ini ketika hendak membuat janji dengan terapi dia harus dijanjikan 1 minggu kemudian. Artinya dia harus mathang-mathang di tempat tidur selama 8 hari.

Untung istrinya orang daerah Juanda Surabaya. Saya sebenarnya tidak mengenal istri bapak muda tersebut tapi dia adalah teman kawan saya. Read the rest of this entry »

Ceritanya begini, ada seorang pemuda yang sangat berharap bisa segera menikah dengan wanita dambaan hatinya. Namun ayah sang gadis amat sangat benci sekali dengan pemuda tersebut. Hubungan mereka ditentang habis2an oleh sang ayah. Bahkan bila pemuda tersebut berkunjung ke rumah ceweknya, segera setelah pulang lantai rumah bekas jejak kaki pemuda tersebut langsung di pel.
